Once again I gave a copy of my Omega service contract terms to the service station who performed an oil change on my vehicle. The service station manager called into Omega & received payment before the oil change was completed. I left the service without needing to make a payment. This entire transaction went very smoothly.

I did not have Extended warranty on my precious Mercedes Benz Until my Car went to Mercedes Benz in Plano . Brandon came on the phone & explained to me why I should have a plan to cover my precious car.He was so courteous and patient with me who is a older person who needed a lot of explanation. Through out the entire transaction he was so good & now I can drive my car knowing that Omega has my back. I also compliments Andrew,Caleb, & Donna .Each time I call they are so kind & courteous to me that i really feel safe with Omega
